Description

This is a new set of 94mm Forged Pistons and cylinders. AA Forgings are made from 4032 Aluminum, They have a 0 offset with extra material under the top so that valve pockets can be cut into them. Thiskit does require machine work on the cylinder heads and case; Fits 94 Case, 94 Heads. The 35mm Compression Height will work with larger stroked cranks 78, 80, 82, 84, and 86

Ready to Run Option!

Our Ready to Run option takes the guesswork out of prepping your piston and cylinder set for installation!

We balance the pistons, rings, and pins within one gram, measure piston and cylinders to match tolerance as close as possible with the set and label according to cylinder (Tightest tolerance starting with #1, #2, #4 then #3), Gap piston rings for street use (message us at time of order if you want custom ring gaps) cut the flashing out of the cooling fins for proper cooling, and apply a light flat black coat of paint to the barrels to prevent rust. We lightly coat the cylinder crosshatch with oil and load the oil ring lands with our own mix of oil to aid in break in.
