Description
This is a new set of 104mm flat top performance pistons and cylinders. The Big Bore Cylinders are honed in house to exact tolerances, the high compression Pistons have a 0 off set and come with valve pockets for larger lift camshafts. This is a Machine in kit you will need to open both the Heads and Case to install them. They will work with 71 to 78mm stroke cranks giving you the option to Build 2.4L and bigger Engines.

Our Ready to Run option takes the guesswork out of prepping your piston and cylinder set for installation!
We balance the pistons, rings, and pins within one gram, measure piston and cylinders to match tolerance as close as possible with the set and label according to cylinder (Tightest tolerance starting with #1, #2, #4 then #3), Gap piston rings for street use (message us at time of order if you want custom ring gaps) cut the flashing out of the cooling fins for proper cooling, and apply a light flat black coat of paint to the barrels to prevent rust. We lightly coat the cylinder crosshatch with oil and load the oil ringlands with our own mix of oil to aid in break in.
