EMPI Long Block Engines are hand assembled in Southern California with ALL NEW ALL EMPI matched and approved components by VW racing legend Jack Sacchette. Available in three standard configurations for Type 1 or 2 applications. No core required, no long lead times-get your Classic VW back on the road today!

Every EMPI Long Block comes with a 12 month Unlimited Miles warranty.

EMPI Long Blocks are assembled with name brand components from AA Performance Products, AutoLinea, Elring, EMPI, OSVAT, Mahle, Manton, Silverline and Schadek

1914cc Long Blocks include new AutoLinea-EMPI HD aluminum cases and EMPI High Performance cylinder heads with S/S valves, chromoly retainers and EMPI proprietary 3 angle valve job performed on a Rottler valve machine at EMPI in Anaheim, California.

All EMPI Long Blocks are palletized, shrink-wrapped, crated and ready to ship.

NOTE: Aluminum Cases must use a steel hub pulley or an aluminum Bolt-in Sand Seal Pulley Kit.
