4340 Pro-Flanged Crankshafts, Chevy Journal

Pro-Flanged Crankshafts are manufactured using an E4340 Chromoly multi-struck forging. The forging is CNC machined to utilize Type-4 VW main bearings and Chevy 2″ rod bearings. We treat the Pro-Flanged Crankshafts with white nitride for extreme durability. The Pro-Flanged Crankshaft is shot-peened to relieve stress, and micro polished on all of the bearing surfaces. Also available in 84mm Stroke.

The flywheel is locked in place with 6 hardened dowel pins and 6 7/16-20 12 point ARP Pro Bolts, sold separately.
