If the temperature gets high enough, the tube opens at the hottest point and releases FK-5-1-12 clean agent directly onto the source of the fire.
That gives you fast suppression where the fire starts, without powder residue covering your equipment, controls, or engine components.
And in many cases, the biggest risk is not just the compartment itself. A fire that starts in one enclosed area can spread to the rest of the vehicle, vessel, machine, or building if it is not controlled early. The TR300FK is designed to help control the fire at the source before it becomes a much bigger loss.
